Meet the Team

  • Shawn W. Miller, D.C., D.I.B.E.
    Shawn W. Miller D.C., D.I.B.E.

    Dr. Miller is a native of the Back Mountain. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the New York Chiropractic College after completing his clinical rotation at the Levittown Health Center in Long Island. Immediately following graduation he accepted a position with Chiropractic & Rehab Associates of Tunkhannock. In 2001 Dr. Miller opened Chiropractic & Rehab Associates of Dallas.

    In 2003 Dr. Miller completed his certification in whiplash and brain traumatology from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. In 2006 he received his Diplomate certification in electrodiagnostic testing. He is Board Certified by the International Board of Electrodiagnosis.

    Dr. Miller treats patients of all ages, from children to adults. He enjoys volunteering his services at local sporting events including triathlons and other races. He is a member or the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.

    He currently splits his time between the Tunkhannock and Trucksville office.

  • Dr. Morris
    Mark E. Morris
    D.C., D.I.B.E.

    Dr. Morris serves the Back Mountain as a chiropractor focusing on spine and sports related injuries. He completed his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University in 2000. In 2004 he completed his clinical rotation at Camp LeJune Naval hospital in Jacksonville, NC. He finished his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York Chiropractic College and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

    Following his D.C. degree from NYCC, Dr. Morris completed his Diplomate certification in electrodiagnostic testing. He is Board Certified by the International Board of Electrodiagnosis.

    In 2002 he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a certified provider of Active Release Techniques.   Dr. Morris also performs CDL/DOT physicals for the FMCSA.

    He regularly consults with local athletes, teams and coaches regarding injury evaluation as well as strength and conditioning programs. He volunteers his services at local sporting events including; triathlons and other races.

    Beth will make sure that your chiropractic care is coordinated from your first visit to your last. You can be sure that she will great you with a smile and help schedule your appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. She will make sure you understand your insurance benefits as well as office policies and procedures. Beth earned a certificate of specialization for Medical office Assistant from Luzerne County Community College and also holds a cosmetology license. She enjoys crocheting, spending time with her family and going on long walks with her dog.

    Receptionists

    Cat & Ali always greet and welcome our patients upon arrival with their infectious smiles. They ensure that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times. Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and responding to e-mails. Collecting and recording patient's personal and medical information is of most importance to both ladies.  Cat will make sure you understand your insurance benefits as well as office policies and procedures. Lori will prepare patient rooms prior to appointment, administer screening assessments such as blood pressure, as needed. These ladies handle all inter-office needs together
